  • Saved Properties & Preferences: Your searches, filters, and favorite listings are stored locally on your device for convenient access.
  • Direct Contact: When you request contact via WhatsApp, phone, or email, your details (name, phone number, and message) are transmitted directly to the licensed brokerage team to assist with your inquiry.
  • Map & Geolocation: The app may request location permission solely to show listings nearest to your position and calculate driving directions.

2. Information Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share personal contact information with unauthorized third parties. Information provided via contact forms is used exclusively for property inquiries.
